Board of Trustees
Banquete ISD is governed by a locally elected Board of Trustees who represent the community and provide leadership, oversight, and policy direction for the District. The Board works in partnership with the Superintendent to set goals, approve budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

District Leadership
The Superintendent and administrative team provide leadership and operational oversight for all district campuses and departments. Together, they are responsible for implementing Board policy, managing daily operations, and supporting student and staff success.
