Welcome to Your TIA Teacher Hub
This hub is designed for Banquete ISD educators participating in the Teacher Incentive Allotment Local Designation System. Use this page throughout the school year to access your TIA meeting schedule, assessment information, testing resources, documentation requirements, T-TESS information, and teacher tools.
Your TIA Year
Eligible teachers participate in four TIA checkpoints throughout the school year. These meetings provide opportunities to review data, monitor student growth, maintain required documentation, and ensure teachers understand each stage of the designation process.

Access the materials needed to prepare for and administer Banquete ISD TIA student growth assessments.
Review the applicable administration procedures before each assessment window. Test administrators are responsible for maintaining assessment security, following approved testing procedures, providing only allowable accommodations, and reporting testing irregularities.
Your TIA Folder
Maintain your TIA documentation throughout the designation year. Your folder provides the supporting documentation reviewed during each TIA teacher meeting.
TIA Teacher Folder Checklist
Use the checklist throughout the year to keep required rosters, assessment data, meeting documentation, and other TIA records organized and ready for review.
Add required documentation throughout the year rather than waiting until the final review. Student information and individual TIA data should be maintained securely and confidentially.
